The entry level Pinot Noir by Sextant macerated for a short period of 4-5 days; the intention is to create a fresh and drinkable wine. Its translucent purple in colour, on the nose – gentle aromas of sour cherry and a touch of leather  , leading to a fresh and light palate with a chunky layer of acidity that becomes more integrated as the wine opens. We recommend opening some 15-20 minutes before drinking.
