100% Gamay from South Beaujolais that has on full display the quality and potential coming from this region. It is an almost classic Gamay yet with an extra ounce of power backing up the drinkability.
Cabories is a wine made from a blend of two Catalan red varieties (Mando & Sumol) blended with a white variety (Xarel-lo). The colour is translucent dark cherry, light aromas of red berries and plum and a fresh and invigorating palate.
Crunchy, fun and fruity red wine (not sparkling) that is both very pure and very agreeable at the same time; which can come in handy when looking to introduce someone who isn’t familiar with natural wine.

This juicy natural red wine had gathered an avid following around the world, keen on the ultimate drinkability of this Syrah. Bodega Cueva, the winery, allocate a yearly quantity per country, and we are very happy to be able to receive this allocation in the UK.
A “gloglou” (meaning very drinkable) natural wine done right. The blending of Pinot Noir, Gamay and Maréchal Foch (a hybrid cross between riesling and a few other varieties!) raised individually in old barrels for 8-12 months.
Wines made in Carbonic Maceration (Such as many Beaujolais Gamay) highlight the fruitiness of the grape variety and are usually very easy to drink, low alcohol wines. Carboniq is a great example, juicy, fruity and delicious.
