A few hundreds of bottles are made of this wine every year by Didier Grappe in Jura who usually specialises in white wines. This exception is well worth the effort; an equal combination of the regions Three red varieties in Poulsard, Pinot Noir and Trousseau.
Lightness of pure fruit is served on luxurious, silky material. We strongly recommend allowing this wine to "open" for about half an hour before enjoying as it keeps revealing more and more aroma and flavour. The Pinot Noir really starts shining through yet still excellently accompanied by the blend.
