Apricot Sandwich

A unique blend of Muscat in maceration (orange wine) and a textural Macabeo made as white (Direct press). The names says it all; a lively and approachable profile with dominant apricot notes, good depth and consistency balanced by a decent measure of acidity to keep things very fresh and drinkable. Serve chilled but not very cold (35 minutes in the fridge). Open 10 minutes before serving.
