A wine made during the very harsh 2021 harvest for Coruna del Conde that saw them lose a significant portion of their grape yield. Luckily, Julien is one of the most liked and well connected winemakers in the natural wine world and was able to source the grapes for this little wonder from the lovely Domaine Brand in Alsace.
A thoughtful and successful concoction of 70% Riesling, 10% Pinot blanc, 5% Sylvaner, 10% Chardonnay a and a glorious 5% Gewürztraminer. The grapes were destemmed, macerated for a mighty 60 days, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank, bottled in September 2022 and laid down for fews months rest before being marketed. 624 bottles made. Delicious as it is rare.
