Mas Candi is a project of Ramon Jané along with his friend Toni carbo, an excellent winemaker in his own right. Located in Penedes, where they are looking to cultivate local, typical varieties and restore near-extinct ones. The goal is to create pure, natural wine that expresses their terroir and local bio-diversity. Ramon’s wines are known and loved around the world. Production remains fairly limited albeit the high demand.
Dry but fruity, no sulfates added. Baudili is very drinkable.
