A classic take on a Burgundian Chardonnay minus the oak-iness, which means it’s extra fresh and extra fruity. The “attack” (the beginning of the sip) is a controlled burst of floral green apple, ripe yellow grapefruit and a touch of exotic fruit.

We have been working with Tim for some years now, and it is fascinating to observe the high quality of viticulture and winemaking he is capable of. World-class in our eyes.

The introduction of this wine may (to some) sound like the start of a joke: An American Rapper (who was once a chef), a wacky-genius winemaker and Ochin Clovis (That’s his name), set out to revolutionise the natural wine world as we know it.

We like to think about this natural wine as an old-school rock and roll song; a powerful and lively Tempranillo from a 1,000 elevation in Ribera del Duero that is classic on the palate but with that kick of purity that reminds how different it is from many mass-produced wines.
