“Very Unique, Very Pure” Kakheti, Georgia

The grapes were sourced from Uroebi in Kakheti, Georgia's main winemaking region.

The grapes for this wine were 70% destemmed and put in Qvevri for 14 days skin contact and 30% were directly pressed. Followed by racking into Qvevri and old 350L French barrels.

A unique varietal profile of Rkatsiteli in amphora is showing in all its glory, quince, fermented mango, yellow pears with a slightly saline finish. Service chilled.
