The 2020 Les Gaudrettes had spent an additional 12 months in barrel which gives more depth and roundness. Ample power driven from the old vines that make this wine along and finesse and freshness. Ageing these Bornard Chardonnays is never a bad idea, however we love it the way it now - beautiful and full of life. Serve chilled and open 10-20 minutes before drinking.
