0.72 + De Vini Rouge is a vibrant, low-intervention Côtes du Rhône that challenges traditional southern French styles with its refreshing, high-energy profile. Crafted by natural winemaker Christophe Bosque in Rochefort-du-Gard, this organic red is born from stony, rolled-pebble soils that bring depth and character without the heavy, over-extracted weight often found in the region.
What makes this cuvée truly special is its unique blend: 80% Grenache Noir and 10% Syrah are co-fermented with 10% Viognier a white grape variety. This addition yields a beautiful aromatic lift, delivering a nose full of bright wild berries, dark cherries, and subtle hints of faded rose petals. On the palate, it is juicy, medium-bodied, and wonderfully fresh, showing off clean acidity, soft tannins, and a crisp, peppery finish.
Bottled with minimal to no added sulfites, this is pure, unadulterated juice that drinks beautifully on its own or alongside food. Serve it with a slight chill to unlock its full, vibrant energy.
Vinilibre is a dynamic natural wine estate and import project helmed by Christophe Bosque in Gorges, the heart of France's Nantes region. Rejecting the conventional chemical practices of the local appellation, Bosque intentionally steps outside the Muscadet AOP to craft deeply expressive, zero-sulfite expressions of Melon de Bourgogne from a 1.6-hectare estate of old vines planted around 1950. Farmed traditionally without chemicals and worked by horses, his deeply rooted vines thrive on unique gabbro and granite soils. In the cellar, Bosque utilizes traditional subterranean, sandstone-tiled Nantes vats and experimental sandstone jars to produce highly personal, low-intervention wines. Celebrated across the Parisian natural wine scene and exported worldwide, Vinilibre’s lineup complemented by meticulously sourced grapes from grower-friends in the Loire, Rhône, and Languedoc combines serious terroir precision with witty, pun-filled labels like Gabbrodô and Armageddon.
