Wow, an earth-shakingly pure, electric and juicy wine that feels like it just melts in the mouth. Once you allow this 2019 vintage of Muscadet some 5-10 minutes to settle down after opening it, it becomes so dangerously drinkable that it's hard to believe that it actually contains 12.0% abv (or any alcohol).  Grown in the heart of the Muscadet region in Maisdon-sur-Sevre (Loire-Atlantique) on volcanic "Gabbro" soils. The result is Pure Juice in the best possible way - stable, coherent and persistent. Excellent pairing with raw seafood, oysters, sashimi and raw fish carpaccio.
