The secret of this wine is co-plantation - the different varieties are planted on the same plot, harvested at the same time, vinified and aged together. The result is a very attractive wine with pleasant aromas of acacia honey and candied citrus, the palate is slender with good tension, It could almost remind you of champagne without the bubbles.
We recommend serving chilled (around 8-10C) and serving with a variety of dishes such as creamy poultry, baked fish and cheese bakes.

A few years after the French Revolution, the monks were banished into exile, and the Domaine was sold to the Pignier family in 1794. At the present day, the estate is run by siblings, Jean-Etienne, Antoine and Marie-Florence Pignier, who manage all aspects of the vineyard and winery.
