The name of this natural white wine couldn't have been chosen better in our opinion. The unadulterated sensation of purity that is felt when tasting and drinking it is remarkable.
It is a lively blend of Sylvaner and Pinot Gris that combines fruity, floral aromas with a refreshing, toned palate. It is very simple to enjoy; pure fun. And it disappears from the bottle with the blink of an eye.
Excellent pair with shellfish, grilled fish and goats cheese. Recommended to serve cold (8-10c) and consume within 24 hours of opening (That is typically the default scenario, as it goes)
