Bourgogne Aligoté 2022

Nicholas Raspiller is a young winemaker in Burgundy working organically and intervention with some very interesting plots around some (very!) sought after locations, including a Burgundy Grand Cru. The wines are both pure and classic in profile.

This aligote is vibrant and refreshing. The nose reveals crisp white fruit aromas, subtle lemon notes, and delicate floral nuances. On the palate, it offers a refined mineral edge, a pleasing texture, and a lingering saline finish.
