Chardonnay "Sur Montboucon" 2016

Chardonnay "Sur Montboucon" - an ode to Comté style Chardonnay that is earthy, unadulterated and pure. A fine oxidative touch makes this vibrant white wine glows in a bright yellow hue, giving depth and complexity.

This 2016 is now at its peak presenting concentration, depth. Its lovely on its own as a slow sipper or along with bold cheese (comté is great here). We recommend serving chilled but not very cold (about 25-30 minutes in the fridge).
