Festejar Rosé

Patrick Buoju seems to have the ability to create a selection of natural wines that suit any occasion, here's one that is perfectly named, a great party wine. This Sparkling rosé wine explodes with strawberry notes but its more than just gluglu; a bit of complexity and excellent balance really demonstrate the huge talent of Bouju. There is so much hype around bouju but he always seems to surpass it by creating a wine that delights and surprises. We recommend serving it chilled and pairing with a good party (but also a good charcuterie board).
