Ruby is a very fitting name for this natural red wine; with its attractive, deep cherry red colour it provides the pleasure that you would expect from far more expensive bottles. A local blend of Zweigelt, Saint Laurent, Pinot Noir and Merlot produces delicious notes of dark fruit on a silky, round material that gently envelopes the palate. The finish is persistent with fully melted tannins and a touch of complexity that make this wine a real gem (and a great bargain).
It presents very well at room temperature and also slightly chilled. We recommend opening 1-2 hours before drinking.
