The result is a characterful Macabeo natural white wine with its known light minerality. The small addition of Vinyater to the mix (An extremely rare variety cultivated solely in this region) provides a round and supple finish. Fresh, easy-drinking who will pair very well with seafood tapas.

The vineyards are surrounded by fields of almonds, ancient olive trees and hazelnuts that are all organically & biodynamically farmed with a great deal of respect to the environment and bio-diversity. Minimal intervention in winemaking produces these rich, delicious wines that express their terroir.
