This natural wine is sweet, succulent and delicious. Made from the Pedro Ximinez variety, a grape often used to make cherry. On the nose, you'll get extremely expressive fresh pear, honey and a touch of contained acidity. On the palate its all of that and more, the residual sugar really comes through and is balanced by the acidity which keeps the wine nice and fresh to drink. Its approachable, fun and straight forward. We recommend serving chilled as an aperitif before dinner or on a lazy afternoon.
