Mélangé Clairet 2018

Clairet in Spain usually means a rosé wine made by blending a red and white varities, which is also the case with bottle (Pinot Noir and Ojo the Liebre). The colour, however, is bright yellow due to the Pinot Noir being directly pressed onto the tank. A complex wine offers an array of flavours whilst remaining fresh and fluid. We recommend serving chilled.
