Montepilas

A quintessentially Spanish white wine, it delivers all the power and concentration that you would expect from the hot plains of its Southern Spanish origin WITHOUT being reflected
in the alcohol percentage; an excellent achievement. Intense, mature green apple entertain the nose, and on the palate, it has enough balanced acidity to make refilling of the glass an automated act. The finish is soft and delightful with a touch of honey. Certainly, one to try if you are a fan of Spanish white wines that pack a punch with overpowering. We recommend serving this chilled and pairing it with grilled fish dishes or mature hard cheese.
