100% Pinot Gris macerated with the skins for a lengthy period create this delightful natural orange wine. The colour is a very concentrated orange, which at the first glance look like bright amber orange with pink reflections (due to this variety's brownish-pink skins).
Its seductive; lively nose of sugared orange peel leads to a fleshy, toned palate; crunchy fruit lined by welcomed acidity and a sense of freshness. The finish is lightly spiced with a touch of salinity and a tingle of very light tannins.
Pairs well with Cantonese cuisine. We recommend serving lightly chilled (14c - 15c) and opening 20-30 minutes before drinking.
