Crafted from the indigenous Ploussard grape, it offers aromas of red currants, citrus, and saddle leather, with a hint of cinnamon. With a 12% ABV, this natural wine is unfiltered, unfined, and contains no added sulphites, embodying a pure expression of its terroir.
