The wine boasts a captivating aroma of yellow fruit, apples, and citrus, with concentrated ripe yellow fruit flavors and a hint of minerality. The finish is long and satisfying. Produced with low intervention and minimal sulphur, this wine reflects the true character of the Jura terroir, composed of various clay and limestone soils.
