A 100% Gamay that has been aged for 15 months in concrete tanks. The result is a slightly reductive aroma that will disappear after 15-20 of opening the bottle. What you also get is a wonderful round, the juicy palate full of a velvety fruit. A good and balanced natural wine that will make you feel all too greedy! Excellent with cheese boards and charcuterie. We recommend opening 20-30 minutes before drinking and serving at 16-18C
