Poulsard / Pinot Noir 2020

A gobsmackingly delicious wine that is absolutely underrated in the talk about current Jura great reds. And as with many great things, its been made because of necessity in a year with very low (but very good) yields. Eric Thill decided to do a red blend as opposed to the mono-varietal wines that he usually makes.   Silky-smooth character that is oozing of everything that makes Jura such as great wine region. A tiny production and an even tinier allocation; we love it!
