A blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Gamay grown in Saint Aubin, Burgundy and vinified by the rising talent in Julien Altaber - the man behind the Sextant wines. Slightly volatile on opening, it settles down some 20 minutes after opening where the fruity and silky profile of the Pinot Noir takes centre stage, supported by the freshness and light spice of the Gamay. A good thirst-quencher that works well when served slightly chilled (25 minutes in the fridge). An excellent pair with roasted pork and poultry dishes.
