Sylvaner Rutscherle 2022

One of the lesser celebrated varieties of Alsace, Sylvaner was typically used in blending with other varieties or in natural Sparkling wines. This bottle is made from old vines in the region of Barr that make a lovely, light white wine. It brings together both freshness and gentleness along with focus and directness. Excellent pair with meal-starters such as pies, mixed salads, cold meats) seafood and fish.
