Tinc Set Ancestral

This Pet Nat by Mas Candi in Penedes, Catalonia is a real happy wine. Green apples excite the nose continuing to the palate where it is full of white grapefruit notes with a touch of complexity on the finish. The whole experience is balanced by a subtle cava-like minerality. We recommend serving cold and If you like your bubbles more subtle you can open the bottle and keep it in the fridge 10-20 before drinking (The bubbles will turn smaller and softer). Perfect to open on a Friday after work when you’ve got nothing but a relaxed weekend ahead of you.
