The introduction of this wine may (to some) sound like the start of a joke:
An American Rapper (who was once a chef), an odd-genius winemaker and Ochin Clovis (That's his name), set out to revolutionise the natural wine world as we know it.
Jokes aside, it is now not a secret that the influence of rapper Action Bronson together with Auvergne Winemaker Patrick Bouju and Paris's leading wine merchant Clovis on the recent renaissance of natural wines is considerable. Social media is rife with their antics, but quality is the strongest denominator behind all of their activities.
And this wine is the perfect embodiment of that; a juicy blend of 80% Gamay d'Auvergne and 20% Chardonnay that is extremely delicious and dangerously drinkable.
If you haven't yet taken part in this natural wine blissful madness, look them up online. Otherwise, you'll be the coolest cats in the room walking in with this number.
