For those who know the quality of white wines produced by Patrick, it will be no surprise to find that this fantastic wine is, by far, over and above the hype that is created for it. A blend of majority Chardonnay from 2 different plots in Auvergne with a splash of quality southern-France Muscat and Auxerrois from Alsace. The whole produces enticing aromas that lead to a fresh and extremely lively palate. The overall feeling is of purity stretched by gentle acidity with notes of honey and candied citrus on the finish.
We recommend serving chilled and opening 20-25 minutes before serving.
