Julien Altaber and Carole Schwab (you might have heard of Julien in his domaine sextant) took over from the legendary Dominique Derain after his retirement and are doing a very good job of producing the same quality wines that Derain lovers are used to.

A superb Pinot Noir that is definitely punching above its "pay-grade". Luscious juicy, superbly drinkable with a pleasurable, reverberating finish. Open 10-15 minutes before drinking, serve very lightly chilled (15-20 minutes in the fridge).
