Tsitska, a rare variety (even in Georgian terms!) made into a delightful and delicate white wine.
It is made from 100% tsitska from Terjola, village rupoti, harvested on the 1st of October.
It is a directly pressed and the juice is fermented 90% in barrels and 10% in Qvevri.

In the glass, a light yellow colour. The nose is very fresh and fruity. Hints of pear, flowers and almond.
The mouth is pure, rich, fresh and complex.
