Named after the local Pit Roig (Red Robin) often seen in the vineyards of Alt Emporda, it is a sublimely elegant orange wine made from Grenache Gris (Grey Grenache) on maceration with the lees for 13 days. The nose displays notes of currants, candied fruit and dried fruit. The palate is dense and toned and at the same time refreshing and bright.
We recommend opening 20-30 minutes before serving. Rare wine, very low yearly production.
