We like to think about this natural wine as an old-school rock and roll song; a powerful and lively Tempranillo from a 1,000 elevation in Ribera del Duero that is classic on the palate but with that kick of purity that reminds how different it is from many mass-produced wines. It packs fruit in its natural form when it’s truly allowed to sing, arid dry yet with great depth and tension that is supported by an explosion of ripe, dark fruit and tingling tannins on the very long finish. it would accompany really well grilled red meats or a roast and will really raise your meal to the next level. We recommend opening an hour before drinking (or longer where possible) and serving at room temperature.
