A pure and incredibly drinkable Gamay red wine from the heart of Beaujolais. The grapes are processed by semi-carbonic maceration and ferment in cement tanks; a process that seeks to highlight the character of the land and variety. Delicious fruitiness that's accompanied by light volume and a mellow finish. We recommend serving lightly chilled (15-16C). pairs with grilled sausages, pork, charcuterie. These are the last few cases that will be made as the domaine has ceased work, with the winemakers moving on to other natural wine projects.
