Beaujolais Nouveau 2021

A classic Beaujolais Nouveau with extra purity and length. Gamay fruit sourced in Regnie on Grey granite soil and vinified by the lovely Jean-Pascal and Jean-Marie (Domaine Sarnin-Berrux) in Burgundy. These guys do some high-flying burgundies and the quality is definitely there. The Beaujolais Nouveau 2021 is an expressive natural red wine with aromas of fresh, mature dark fruit such as blueberries and plums. The palate is all that you would expect with ample fruitiness (direct continuation of the aromas), sharp and very fluid. The drinkability keeps on giving with a long and surprisingly consistent, satisfying finish. We recommend serving chilled with some nice cheese and charcuterie.
