Gaillac is one of France’s oldest wine region, home to a number of unique local varieties along with the more famous likes of Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc and others. It’s also bringing us some of the highest value wines around with absolute superb quality and purity, where prices (and hype) hasn’t caught up yet. Bon Papa is exactly that; it’s everything you’d hope from a fruity, round white wine. The biggest attraction with this bottle is its “digestibility”, it seems to go down way too easy. We recommend serving chilled along with charcuterie and cheese.
