Bourgogne Blanc 2016

This Classic Burgundian Chardonnay from Sarnin Berrux that would please anyone who is looking for a textbook expression. This natural wine needs some 30-60 minutes to open but when it does, the palate is a complex mixture of extreme butter, almost to the point of a fresh-baked croissant, supported by nice acidity and an expressive fruit profile. If you like big white Burgundy wines, this is definitely one for you. We recommend serving this chilled and with light chicken or grilled vegetables dishes.
