Ça c'est bon is the perfect natural wine for those days when you want a simple and delicious red wine yet with presence, full; one that you can really sink your teeth into. The ultimate bistro wine that is there to entertain you as opposed to requiring all of your attention. Excellent tension from a powerful yet very well integrated and balanced wine, full of fruit and a lovely touch of spice all served on a juicy/crunchy and ultra round material. Open and let breath for 10-15 minutes, at the beginning it might feel a bit too strong, but it will quickly come down. A flexible wine that can be served at room temperature as well as chilled. We best enjoyed it with a board of cheese and charcuterie.
