Cabories

Cabories is a wine made from a blend of two Catalan red varieties (Mando & Sumol) blended with a white variety (Xarel-lo). The colour is translucent dark cherry, light aromas of red berries and plum and a fresh and invigorating palate. Excellent red natural wine that can be served slightly chilled. It is fresh, dry-cherry-fruity and light but by no means slender; A touch of liquorice cuts through the plum and red berries and makes it a unique and very interesting wine. Pairs very well with grilled meats or strong mushrooms dishes. We recommend opening 30 minutes before drinking and serving lightly chilled (14c-16c)
