Full, round, focused and delicious. Orange wine obtained from nearly 100 year old Malvar vines by Bodegas Recuero in Toledo. Made by extended skin contact of 30 days with 15% whole bunch and 85% destemmed grapes co-macerating. Having spent a few years in the bottle, it is now in its peak, displaying utmost purity and a complex yet approachable spectrum of flavours. It makes a very special wine (nothing added nothing removed). We recommend serving slightly chilled (30 minutes in the fridge) and serving with strong, hard cheese and charcuterie. Read less
