Calambur Burrito 2015

Full, round, focused and delicious. Orange wine obtained from nearly 100 year old Malvar vines by Bodegas Recuero in Toledo. Made by extended skin contact of 30 days with 15% whole bunch and 85% destemmed grapes co-macerating. Having spent a few years in the bottle, it is now in its peak, displaying utmost purity and a complex yet approachable spectrum of flavours. It makes a very special wine (nothing added nothing removed). We recommend serving slightly chilled (30 minutes in the fridge) and serving with strong, hard cheese and charcuterie.
