A 100% Cattarrato coming from a parcel located at 650m altitude, North East facing vineyards, on Mt Bonifato in Alcamo, which in the western side of Sicily, just a on mediterranean sea.
A mere 5000 bottles produced; its refreshing, fruity with a consistent finish that has a slight saline touch. It makes an excellent pairing with seafood of all kinds, especially batter/tampura fried and salted. Serve chilled and open 5 minutes before drinking.
