This natural red wine has a lot of character; made in the scorching terrain of Cordoba, Southern Spain where, due to the heat and weather conditions, it is very hard to make a light red. However somehow Jose Miguel Marquez has managed it, while this does have a high alcohol percentage (13.5%) it feels like much lower. When first opened the palate is extremely reminiscent of marzipan that is balanced out with a sweet fruity expression, reminiscent of maraschino cherries. A really fun natural red wine that jumps out of the bottle into your glass. We recommend serving chilled as an aperitif before dinner.
