An utterly classic! Chablis from Sarnin Berrux, in the best sense of the word - a Chablis natural wine experience almost perfect, everything is where it needs to be; great minerality, clean palate, with a beautiful, slightly saline finish, all with the added bonus of being purely made under the capable hands of Jean-Pascal and Jean Marie. Considering the quality of this wine along with the scarcity of naturally made chablis in recent years, it packs very good value. We recommend chilling but serving no too cold (about 30-40 minutes in the fridge), and opening 15-20 minutes before drinking.
