A rare wine made from the 40 year old vines of the almost unknown Vital grape variety growing in the Lisboa region in Portugal. Tiago Telles crafted it to perfection with a short maceration period of 3 days in stainless steel tanks followed by raising in used oak barrels. Its rich, wide and complex showing a delicious fruity profile that develops along an almost imperceptible oxidative note. The finish is incredibly long and persistent. Great tension and livelihood. To be served chilled but not cold (25-30 minutes in the fridge).
