Cremant sparkling wine is typically made in Champenoise method that includes the addition of sugar. Jean Pierre uses a blend of chardonnay, auxerrois and Pinot Gris for this natural wine that is made without the addition of sugar (or anything else). The result is a lively sparkling wine with soft, small bubbles. Complex and refined aromas of white brioche fruit on a sensitive mineral background, very well structured palate with a lovely saline finish. This bubbly will make a great aperitif and will pair well with raw fish, fried seafood and cold meats.
