A supple mixture of Grenache, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon that was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The result is deep and velvety natural wine that would enjoy accompanying your steak or lamb roast meal. It can also be enjoyed on its own in one of those cold gloomy evenings. The grapes are grown in a certified organic vineyard and according to biodynamic principles. They are hand-harvested in boxes of 20 KG and brought to the cellar in optimum maturity. In the cellar, the intervention in the natural winemaking process is minimal.
