Cuvee DD 2022

"Dangerously Delicious"" AOC Arbois, France
Cuvee DD 2022
Featured Product Image Product Gallery Image

Cuvee DD is called after Stephane Tissot's father, Andre "DD", and is made from a blend of 40% Trousseau, 30% Poulsard and 30% Pinot Noir from the Domaine's Biodynamic vineyards in Arbois.
You'll find a strikingly lively wine that is made with the precision and quality that Domaine Tissot is known for; a complex nose full of ripe red fruit leads to a wide and round palate with lush flavours of raspberry, bright, ripe cherry and hints of purple flowers and spice. We recommend serving it chilled and open 15-20 minutes before drinking. Excellent to sip on its own or to accompany roast/grilled poultry dishes or mild cheese. The allocation of this wine is very limited due to the low yield.
