Envol Rouge 2019

Cheverny is emerging as one of the Loire Valley’s slightly more hidden gems, producing excellent wines at a superb value. Domaine Huards has been certified biodynamic for a while and has always been quietly producing their wines naturally. The label of Envol Rouge 2018 might not be the most exciting but you would find this blend of 55% Gamay and 45% Pinot Noir a pure joy to be had. Dry, fruity and immensely drinkable. We recommend serving ever so slightly chilled, and paired with classic French Charcuterie and cheese.
